Jack Sarsen is an Associate Real Estate Broker and the first founding Compass agent in Connecticut. Licensed in Connecticut and New York, Jack represents clients across Greenwich, lower Fairfield County, Westchester, and the broader tri-state luxury market.
After fifty years living in Greenwich and lower Fairfield County, Jack brings a level of local knowledge that cannot be replicated quickly. He understands the neighborhoods, families, buyer patterns, and agents on the other side of the table. That knowledge shapes how he advises clients, positions properties, and helps the right buyers recognize value at the right moment.
Before entering real estate, Jack spent nearly twenty years in marketing, strategic planning, and business development, including senior account management roles at Ogilvy & Mather and Grey, followed by strategic planning and marketing leadership roles at Gartner and Wolters Kluwer. That background informs his approach to real estate: clear positioning, disciplined messaging, deliberate strategy, and strong execution.
Jack is also a member of the Compass Sports & Entertainment Division, giving his clients access to a national network of highly vetted agents serving professional athletes, entertainers, executives, and the advisors who represent them.
The Sarsen Team has closed more than $1.3 billion in residential transactions across Greenwich, Darien, New Canaan, Fairfield County, Westchester, and the broader tri-state market.
