Compass' January 2022 Darien, Stamford and Westport Market Snapshot

Homes are selling fast in Darien, Stamford, and Westport with each of the areas posting lower average days on market than January 2021. Buyer demand is healthy, but low inventory is preventing as many sales as there could be.

Many homeowners sold their properties for asking price or over in January. If you look at Single-Family Homes, Condos, and Co-ops, Stamford homes went for 100% of ask price, Darien listings sold for 102% of ask price, and Westport homes received 103% of ask price.
