Tod's Point: Annual Kite-Flying Festival

"The annual kite-flying festival at Greenwich Point Beach each Spring in April. It is a fun festival for all the family sponsored by the Town Department of Parks and Recreation in partnership with the Greenwich Arts Council. Bring your own kite, wear a mask and find space along the beach to fly your kite. Admission is free, no beach pass required however access to the beach is limited and it is on the first come first serve basis. (Facebook- Greenwich Arts Council)
