2020 is on track to being stronger than 2019 in many Fairfield County markets. Darien, Rowayton and Stamford all saw increases in single family home sales. Darien had particularly strong year-over-year numbers for single family homes. Sales increased by 62.2% compared with 2019 Q1. The median single family home price also increased by 19.3% to $1,372,500. Average days on market decreased by 8.6% to 158 days.
