Instead of the slow sales normally associated with November, single family home sales continue to soar. Each area of Greenwich posted significant year-over-year sales increases as seen in the chart below.
The surge in sales is certain to continue through the holidays. There was an increase in single family home contracts in each of the following areas as well:
-Cos Cob: 550% increase (13 vs. 2)
-Greenwich: 111% increase (57 vs. 27)
-Old Greenwich: 40% increase (7 vs. 5)
-Riverside: 100% increase (10 vs. 5)
