Greenwich Q1 2021 Market Report: Robust Demand Results in Positive Year-Over-Year Numbers

Robust demand continues to create an unseasonably high number of residential sales. Compared with Q1 2020, total sales volume in Greater Greenwich in Q1 2021 increased 81 percent and the average price climbed 40 percent to $2.5 million. Demand continues to outpace supply.
