The Greenwich St. Patrick's Day Parade is a lively and vibrant celebration that brings together the local community and visitors from all over honor the patron saint of Ireland. If needed, there will be shuttle buses taking marchers from the parking area by the finish (Island Beach parking lot) to the start of the parade at Town Hall.
As the parade begins, the air is filled with the sweet scent of blooming flowers and the greenery that adorns the displays and costumes. The parade is led by a group of Irishmen and women dressed in traditional Celtic attire, playing lively tunes on their bagpipes and drums.
