Sarsen Team February 2022 Greenwich Market Data: January's Average Days on Market Lower than Any January in the Last 10 Years

JANUARY 2022: SECOND-HIGHEST SINGLE FAMILY HOME SALES AND LOWEST DOM OF ANY JANUARY IN THE LAST 10 YEARS:​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​Demand continues to outpace supply in Greenwich. Even with low inventory, 49 single-family homes were sold, making this January's sales the second highest of any January in the last 10 years.

Homes are selling quickly. Not only was January's average days on market the lowest of any January in the last ten years, it was also the only time January's DOM was under triple digits in that time frame.

Sellers are also getting very close to list price or over list price for their homes.
