Greenwich luxury sales, $6M+ homes, grew substantially in Q2 2021. South of Post Road, Backcountry, Midcountry and Old Greenwich all posted YOY increases in luxury sales.

Indicators show buyer demand is still strong and should be through summer. All of the following areas posted YOY increases in single family home contracts in June:
-Old Greenwich: +35% (23 vs. 17)
-Riverside: +12% (18 vs. 16) 
-Cos Cob: +50% (12 vs. 8)
