The Greenwich Wine + Food Festival
With wine, food, celebrity chefs, and live music, one of Greenwich's most adored events is coming back for its 10th Anniversary! Celebrate the culinary landscape of the community Saturday, October 1st through Friday, October 14th, with the Greenwich Wine + Food Festival.
Greenwich Wine + Food was created by Unger Publishing (women-owned and run) in order to create unique in-person experiences unlike anything else. Over the last decade, they have strived to continue to shine a light on the incredibly rich culinary landscape in our area, the people that are innovating the way we think about wine, food, and drinks all while raising important funds for causes that lift up those in need. At the heart of each, Greenwich Wine + Food event is giving back to important community non-profit organizations like two national non-profit organizations rooted in Connecticut – The Jacques Pépin Foundation and Wholesome Wave. The Greenwich Wine + Food will be serving the community of Greenwich during this week-long celebration. Incredible chefs, restaurateurs, bartenders, farmers, craftsmen, brewers with private tastings, exclusive dinners, and more await, so let’s dig in! The 2022 class of Serendipity’s Most Innovative Chefs will also be honored at this lively event. This year, Serendipity recognizes a diverse and inventive group including Steven Chen (MIKU, Greenwich, CT), Will Friedman (The Whelk, Westport, CT), Jared Sippel (L’Ostal, Darien, CT) and Renee Touponce (Oyster Club, Mystic, CT).

Featured Event : 10TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRITY CHEF GALA HONORING JACQUES PÉPIN - Friday, October 7th | 6:30PM : ABIGAIL KIRSCH AT THE LOADING DOCK PRESENTED BY COTERIE With Jacques Pépin, Michel Nischan, Rocco DiSpirito & Special Guests. Take a Seat at the Country’s Best Chefs’ Tables! In honor of legendary Chef Jacques Pépin, award-winning chefs will prepare their own signature hail to the icon with a creative and unique four-course dinner. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase seats at a 10-person table directly overlooking their favorite chef preparing their exquisite dishes…. but first come first serve. The four-course dinner will be paired with Vergelegen Wines – South Africa’s Vineyard of the Year 2021 and available in the USA exclusively through VClub.
SEVEN COURSE TRUFFLE DINNER - Monday, October 3rd | 6:30PM: Greenwich-based Rosina’s will host a seven-course truffle dinner, including pasta, meats and vegetables with wine pairings.
WHISKEY AND FOOD PAIRING DINNER FEATURING WOODFORD RESERVE DISTILLERY AT GABRIELE'S OF WESTPORT - Monday, October 3rd | 6:30PM: The smooth and delicious taste of the Woodford Reserveis a fan favorite! This dinner features the various expressions of the brand and is served with Chef Dagoberto Turcio's menu from Gabriele's of Westport.
DUMPLING CLASS - Monday, October 3rd | 7:00PM: Love dumplings and eager to make them at home? Join us in this 2-hour dumpling extravaganza at Nit Noi Provisions, where we’ll learn the basics of wrapping Thai dumplings.
LAND AND SEA DINNER - Wednesday, October 5th | 6:30PM: Greenwich-based LobsterCraft will host a 5-course “land and sea” dinner from Captain Mike Harden featuring wine pairings and a presentation from Vergelegen South African Wine Estate.
FAMILY-STYLE DINNER - Wednesday, October, 5th | 7:00PM: Cos Cob-based WIldacre Rotisserie will host a multi-course, family-style dinner featuring pasture-raised rotisserie chicken, wine sampling from Horseneck Wine & Spirits, and a chicken trussing demonstration.
PROHIBITION PAIRING - Thursday, October 6th | 6:00PM: A nod to the classic 1920's speakeasy, South Norwalk-based distillery, SONO 1420 will take guests back in time by leading a cocktail master class to mix up prohibition-era cocktail classics with a modern twist. Food pairings will be provided by Chef Arik Bensimon.
CHAMPAGNE AND CHOCOLATE MASTER CLASS - Thursday, October 6th | 7:30PM: A decadent tasting of esteemed French Laurent-Perrier champagnes paired with exquisite Belgian chocolate creations from BE Chocolate.
THE FOUR-HANDS DINNER BY CHEF JULIO GENAO AND CHEF LUKE VENNER - Tuesday, October 11th | 6:30PM - 8:00PM: The Four-Hands Dinner by Chef Julio Genao of Prime, Stamford, and Chef Luke Venner of Elm, New Canaan, is a collaborative culinary experience served over four courses and paired, per course, with fine wine from around the globe. BOUJEE DINNER - Wednesday, October 12th | 6:30PM Knot Norm’s Catering Co.will host a four-course elevated coastal dinner with wine pairings CHARLES DINNER - Friday, October 14th | 6:30PM Darien Butcher Shop and Sipstirs will host a 5-course meal with wine pairings from Master Sommelier and Owner of Sipstirs Dave Wagner.
